Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  |  In-Office (occasional early/late hours for client site visits and candidate interviews)

About the Role

BESTAFF is hiring a Recruiter for our Jeffersonville office — someone who wakes up excited to connect people with work that changes their lives. Every day, you'll meet job seekers, hear their stories, and open a door for them. You'll also partner closely with our employer partners to understand their staffing needs and deliver the right talent, fast. This is a fast-paced, in-office role for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly without missing a detail, and genuinely believes that helping someone get a job is one of the best things you can do for another person.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for our clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both applicants and clients — every conversation matters.
• Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks at once without losing track of a single one.
• Contact candidates outside standard business hours when needed to schedule or confirm interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires — in our office and at client sites as required.
• Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
• Travel to client sites for meetings that may fall before or after standard office hours.
• Bring a positive, optimistic, get-it-done attitude to a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, treating every placement like it matters — because it does.

• Willingness to work 100% in-office — this role is not eligible for remote work and requires being physically present to interview and onboard candidates.
• Availability for occasional after-hours candidate contact and early/late client site meetings.
• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service is preferred.
