In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, while providing flex support to adjacent Growth searches as needed. You will build deep partnerships with your hiring managers, becoming a trusted extension of their teams, while developing real relationships with candidates throughout the process. This will require the versatility to context-switch across searches that demand very different domain fluency, candidate pools, and assessment approaches. In a given week you might be sourcing a Capture Manager with PEO experience, screening a Director of Business Development - Air Force for our Air Dominance & Strike Division and closing a Senior Proposal Manager who has run $500M+ competitive bids. You will need to learn each sub-function well enough to credibly evaluate candidates and advise hiring managers on talent strategy, market dynamics, and role design.
