The purpose of the position is to supervise and deliver quality behavioral health services and care to youth ages 12 to 17 years of age with substance use/chemical dependency/co-occurring problems. The Resident Assistant works in coordination with other professional staff in the management and supervision of facility residents to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential treatment environment.
