Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually

Miami, FL — Onsite/Remote , Full-Time

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (100% in-office; no remote or hybrid)

Compensation

Base salary $65,000–$72,000, plus a tiered performance bonus tied to new-hire retention milestones (30/90/180 days) — total earning potential up to $1,600 per successful hire

About the Role

Steinfurth Capital is looking for a full-cycle recruiter with a true hunter mentality — someone who builds pipeline proactively rather than waiting on applicant flow. This person owns sourcing strategy end-to-end, identifies “A” player talent through disciplined market research and outreach, and exercises sharp discernment before ever submitting a candidate to a hiring manager.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source passive and active candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, and competitor research — not reliant on inbound ATS applicant flow
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across assigned requisitions
• Screen and vet candidates rigorously, applying strong judgment to submit only true “A” players to hiring managers
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and close
• Serve as a clear, professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Track and report against recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, pipeline volume, source of hire) and hold yourself accountable to targets
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Represent CTTI's brand and culture with impeccable professionalism in every candidate interaction
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to refine role scorecards and sourcing strategy

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in proactive/direct sourcing (not just ATS or job-board reliant)
• Track record of identifying and closing “A” player talent
• Strong discernment and judgment in candidate evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished, professional presence
• Demonstrated accountability to KPIs and metrics-driven performance
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume, rapidly scaling environment

Preferred

• Experience recruiting in sales, sales leadership, or performance-driven cultures
• Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
